The distinction between reality and virtual reality (which is imaginary, but can feel very real, or even more real) is diminishing. This is evident in virtual communion and substituting online watching with actual fleshly participation. The virtual gives us control and power, like gods, whereas the sinful world we cannot dominate or change like we want. Faith is the saving Christ is the answer to being at a loss of influence or control. —ed.
